ShortenUrl provides the following digital services:

• URL shortening and link management services
• Link analytics and performance tracking
• Custom short link creation
• QR code generation for links
• Personal profile page creation and management

Service prices are clearly displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice.

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TL) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely through iyzico payment system.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.

As per Turkish Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

The withdrawal period starts from the date of service activation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our support team.

Important Note: If you start using the service during the withdrawal period, you may be charged for the portion of service used.

Digital services are delivered electronically upon successful payment confirmation.

Account activation and service access are provided immediately after payment processing.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate payment information and complete payments on time
• Provide correct and up-to-date contact information
• Use the service in accordance with our terms of service

Seller Responsibilities:

• Provide the described services with stated features and quality
• Provide customer support for service-related inquiries
• Maintain service security and protect user data

Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved according to Turkish law.

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in the buyer's location have jurisdiction.

This contract is governed by Turkish law and Turkish courts have jurisdiction.
