You can cancel your ShortenUrl subscription at any time through your account settings.

Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, you may exercise your right of withdrawal for our digital subscription service within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, you can get a refund without any justification and without penalty. However, your right of withdrawal may be invalid if you request the activation of the digital service before the expiration of the 14-day period and give your explicit consent in this regard.

Eligible for Refund:

• Technical issues preventing service use for more than 48 hours
• Service unavailability for extended periods
• Unauthorized or duplicate billing charges

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
